Overview
Pitched to "themedattraction.com" a theme park based on idealistic Alabama cities. Several unique lands including:
Main Street area based on Birmingham's classic storefronts
Sci-fi land based on Talladega racing and Huntsville rocketry
A dramatized Denny Chimes as the park's centerpiece.
and other lands exploring the soul of Alabama
I designed a 1950's-era facade for a Birmingham strip. Created in INVENTOR, this exterior keeps guests immersed with time-accurate awnings, trims, and exterior designs.
We created a presentation and got realistic feedback from professionals.
Layout
This is our layout of The Strip. At the end of the storefronts, Denny Chimes sits as our centerpiece.
Each person on our team was allocated a building facade. There are restaurants, shops, restrooms, and exhibits to create a complete entrance. Multiple alleys and pathways fragment the linear space. All buildings have backstage access for easier supply refills.
Denny Chimes
A mystical version of Denny Chimes is the centerpiece of our park. Its magic created the different lands inspired by places in Alabama.
I helped design it in INVENTOR and assembled this focal-point out of PLA. It has lighting features at the top and water fountains inside the base.
